Newsbrief: Yapyap, the magic-themed co-op horror title from Maison Bap, has sold 500,000 copies around one week.

The Canadian indie studio shared the news on Steam on February 10 and thanked players for their support. It also pledged to add some extra layers of polish before targeting new features and content.

"We also know many of you are eager to hear about future updates but before jumping into new features and content, we want to make sure the game is fully stable and smooth for everyone, said the studio. "Once that's locked in, we'll start planning the fun stuff."
