Raw Fury parent company Combined Effect has appointed Pim Holfve as its new CEO. That's a fairly notable move when you consider Holfve is also the CEO of Raw Fury.

The promotion was described as an expansion of Holfve's leadership remit in a press release, which confirmed he will continue to oversee Raw Fury.

The indie publisher saw revenue grow by 43 percent in 2025 under Holfve. That upswing was attributed to the successful release of titles such as Blue Prince, ROUTINE and The Seance of Blake Manor.

Holfve said he intends to transform Combined Effect—which also owns Fury Studios and Kakehashi Games—into an "enabler and catalyst" for indie success.

"Combined Effect will act as an enabler and catalyst, where publishers and studios within the group can share and learn from each other, supercharging the support they can offer and providing a strong platform for bold developers and original games," said Holfve. "Essentially, we offer the best of both worlds, where publishers can grow autonomously but also benefit from shared expertise, industry know-how and a strategic vision for success."

Mattias Miksche, chairman of the board at Combined Effect, said Holfve demonstrated "exceptional leadership" when guiding Raw Fury through its most successful year in history. "I'm confident that under his direction, the group will continue to champion both artistic and commercially successful titles," he added.
