Newsbrief: Developer vedinad's roguelike survival game Megabonk has sold over one million copies just two weeks since its launch.

Vedinad shared the news in a post on X, adding that they'd be "eating spaghetti with extra sauce tonight."

Megabonk is the latest game inspired by Vampire Survivors' survival roguelike gameplay to become a runaway success. It did so despite launching in an exceptionally crowded release period dominated by the likes of Hades 2 and Hollow Knight Silksong, a challenge the developer referenced with a tongue-in-cheek video announcing its debut.
