Newsbrief: Owlcat Games has spun up a dedicated educational resource hub for industry professionals of all experience levels called "GameDevLearningDrop."

The hub—an unusual initiative for any game studio—gathers a wide variety of game development resources from a number of different backgrounds. In an announcement sent to Game Developer, the studio said its goal is to "support game industry professionals of all levels by offering comprehensive list of resources shared by a coalition of notable industry veterans, publishers, and development studios."

Owlcat Games, Midwest Games, Fireshine Games, Gaijin Entertainment, and 11 bit studios all contributed to the platform. Owlcat invited any other company interested in contributing resources to get in touch.
